Bahamas

The Bahamas seriously have some of the most beautiful water and beaches of anywhere we’ve visited which has lured us back multiple times over the years. We first started on New Province (Nassau and Paradise Islands), then decided to get away from the cruise crowds on our last visit and took the extra flight over the Eleuthera (one of the “outer islands”).

The island vibe, the white and pink sand beaches, crystal clear water, and food is truly the essence of a Caribbean vacation. When you go, don’t be afraid to try to conch (giant sea snail), it’s delicious! I cannot, however, say the same about the rock lobster. I’m sorry but being from New England, cold water lobster is the only way to go.
