Based on information you share with us during the discovery process, we research destinations, activities, accommodations, and transportation to fit your trip profile, then provide an initial proposal outlining customizable package options with tiered pricing to meet your budget needs.
Once you have selected your preferred options, a final proposal and invoice for services rendered will be sent to you for final approval and payment. Once final approval is received, your customized itinerary containing all the necessary details of your trip will be provided to you.

How long does it take to get an initial quote?
We aim to respond to online requests for quotes as quickly as possible, but you should hear from us within 48hrs.
How far in advance does my trip need to be for you to help plan it?
Ideally, we like to start researching and getting quotes for your trip no less than 6 month in advance of your travel dates, and recommend 9 -12 months in advance for popular destinations during peak seasons. This helps ensure there is wider array of options still available for booking and can also provide cost savings.
What does the discovery process involve?
If you decide to work with us, we’ll have you complete an intake questionnaire asking about you, any travel companions, and what your ideal trip would look like. We’ll then use that information develop a summary of our understanding of what you’re hoping for in a trip. Once we’ve confirmed we are on the same page, we’ll get started on researching your options.
The discovery process timeline is dependent on how quickly you complete your intake questionnaire and respond to any clarification questions. In some cases, the discovery process can also take a little longer if you are unsure of your desired destination; we’ll want to narrow this down together before we dive any deeper into planning and research.
How long before I can expect to get my trip proposal?
The amount of time it takes us to generate your proposal can vary based on the amount of research needed for your particular trip. Several factors may play into this such as how many days are you traveling for and to how many different destinations, our personal experience level with the area/country, how much online content is readily available for your destination, how many activities/excursions you want to do, etc.
How do your fees work?
Our consulting fees are based on the amount of time needed to research your trip options; this is dependent on the length of your trip, number of destinations, the amount of activities/excursions you’d like to participate in, and if any additional research outside of what’s included in our normal services is needed. Additional fees may also apply if you’d like us to assist with certain bookings/reservations. *Limited types of booking services available
Payment is due upon receipt of your final proposal and invoice for services rendered.
Can you make my bookings for me?
In some instances, yes, we can help with certain types of bookings for an additional fee. Unfortunately, there are other types of bookings which we are unable to facilitate on your behalf due to the amount of personal data and verification measures required.
Do you offer discounts to repeat clients?
Yes, we do! After you’ve worked with us once, we’ve already gotten to know you a little better, which makes it easier for us to help in planning your next adventure!
